I have been very interested in this case between Scarlett Johansson and Disney.
From a Negotiation perspective, I was curious why the possibility of the impact to box office numbers due to streaming wasn't a key consideration and a clause in the contract especially given the industry changes and pandemic.
More importantly, I am curious about the benefits to Disney for making this point with one of the critical characters of the biggest franchise in the Marvel Universe.
Either way, negotiating the current circumstances and any future impact is essential for certain deals. Its important to not assume.
