Sustainability (barely) made it to the top of the list as one of the areas of focus. In my conversations, it was clear to me that more support is required for leaders to effectively embed Sustainability as an internal programme. This is what my penultimate article for 2022, ‘Sustainability is a focus for 2023, now what?’ does; it gives a blueprint everyone can follow, from those starting to the sophisticated.
